  • The SHE Collective Monthly Membership is designed for busy mums and women who struggle with finding the time and motivation to exercise. We recommend completing the 30 day challenge prior to monthly membership to gain solid foundations.

  • Unlike other exercise programmes, The SHE Fit Method is all about the full circle of health. In order to get fit and STAY fit, we believe women need support in not just their exercise and nutrition patterns but also tackling issues around motivation and mindset.

  • Absolutely not. The SHE Collective is designed for all women. The workouts can be adapted to fit your ability levels and can be progressed as far as you like so you never get bored.

  • Ideally you will need a set of 3kg dumbbells and a resistance band. However you can use water bottles or cans if you don't wish to purchase any.

  • We believe community and accountability are crucial to the success of an exercise programme. That's why each member is assigned a "team" What's App group. This is where you check in after you have completed workouts and receive support from myself (Ro) and other members. A lot of members say these groups are what keep them on track!
